ADMISSION

Admission is available for the classes Pre-KG to IX and XI. Parents seeking admission for their children have to get the prescribed application form and prospectus from the School Office. Application form for admission will be issued from January to April based on the availability of the seats.

The application form and prospectus may be obtained from the school office with the following particulars:

• Name of the Candidate.
• Name of the school last studied.
• Class to which admission is sought.
• Date of Birth.
• Occupation of the parent.
• Permanent address and address for communication.

The filled-in application forms should reach the school office for registration within 15 days from the issuance.

• Photo Copy of the Birth Certificate and Community Certificate.
• Transfer Certificate.
• The latest passport – size photograph 2 in nos.
• Photocopy of the progress Report of the School last attended.
• Occupation of the parent.
• Registration / Admission Fee.
• Original Birth Certificate to be provided for verification.

• The application form is to be signed only by the father of the student. If not, the mother or guardian should sign the application.
• Full permanent address / residential address must be shown clearly.
• Parent’s occupation and office address also to be furnished.
• Photocopy of the progress Report of the School last attended.
• The details furnished in the filled application form should be correct in all aspects. Any discrepancy or supply of false information may lead to rejection of the application.
• Father’s and Mother’s full name should be written without any spelling error.

Entrance Exam is conducted to validate the student potentiality based on English and Mathematics Subjects.

Meritorious students will be selected provisionally and will be called for an interview along with their parents. At the time of interview the candidates should produce the following original documents.

1. Transfer Certificate.
2. Conduct Certificate.
3. Birth Certificate – Original.
4. Community Certificate.
5. Statement of marks in the qualifying examination.

Admission is purely on merit. Filling up of admission form, taking the Admission Test and attending interview do not guarantee admission in the School.

The school academic session for all grades from KG to X will be from April to March but, the month of May will be declared as summer vacation. The school will function on all working days except Sunday and public holidays.

For Classes XI & XII the academic year is from April to March. The Academic year comprises of three terms for Senior Secondary (XI, XII):
